Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Portlandia Logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Portlandia Logistics provides freight brokerage services, connecting shippers with qualified carriers. We do not own or operate transportation equipment.

Liability

Our liability is limited as set forth in our broker-carrier and broker-shipper agreements. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by federal regulations.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are NET 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal transportation regulations.
